  • 3 large potatoes or frozen fries
  • 4 hot dog-style sausages or Colombian salchichas
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ cup shredded cheese optional
  • Shredded lettuce or cabbage optional
  • 1 fried egg for topping optional
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into fries, or use frozen fries.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry potatoes until golden and crispy.

  4. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard for the pink sauce.
  5. Place fries on a plate, add sausages, drizzle with sauce.
  6. Top with cheese, shredded lettuce, or fried egg if desired.
