Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 2-3 fresh jalapeños stems removed
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and prep jalapeños. Remove seeds for a mild flavor or keep some for heat.
  2. Roughly chop cilantro, including tender stems.
  3. Add buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch mix, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and spices to a blender.
  4. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
