- Wash and prep jalapeños. Remove seeds for a mild flavor or keep some for heat.
- Roughly chop cilantro, including tender stems.
- Add buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch mix, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and spices to a blender.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust lime, salt, or jalapeños as needed.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
- Add more buttermilk if too thick.
- Store up to one week in the refrigerator.
- Tastes better after resting overnight.
