Method
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Place them in a bowl and season with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- For the oven method, preheat to 425°F (220°C). Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet, sprinkle with baking powder, and bake for 20 minutes. Flip them and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- For the air fryer method, preheat to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wings in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes. Flip them and cook another 10 to 12 minutes until crisp.
- For the fried method, heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C). Lightly dredge the wings in flour and fry in batches for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, toss wings in buffalo, BBQ, or garlic parmesan sauce right after cooking.
